Audina's 17th Annual Southeast Regional CEU Workshop

Audina Hearing Instruments 17th Annual Southeast Regional Continuing Education Workshop was held this past month January 22-23, 2016 in Orlando, FL. It offered up to 16 continuing education hours for audiologist and hearing instrument specialists, including the 3 required courses for the state of Florida.  Attendees gathered from over United State and internationally to take part in the continuing education workshop. In addition to the 16 continuing education hours made available through the workshop, attendees enjoyed breakfast, lunch and a cocktail reception Friday evening. Throughout the two day event attendees interacted with exhibitors from Audio Energy, Precision Earmold Labs and others. Audina’s 18th Annual Southeast Regional CEU Workshop will be held January 27-28, 2017 in Orlando, Florida.

Audina Hearing Instruments Inc. (Longwood, FL) announces the release of the Octane® featuring iScroll®. iScroll digital volume control offers a smooth easy-to-adjust gliding roller for those who may have limited dexterity. Achieving 148dB of output and 88dB maximum gain the product is now available with iScroll volume control in a 4, 6 or 12 channel configuration. Employing a customized dual receiver the Octane achieves these power levels while maintaining stable performance free of feedback. Standard features include low level expansion, adaptive feedback cancellation, adaptive directional microphones (6 and 12 channel only), voice prompts, t-coil, and up to 4 memories. The elegant case design provides the smallest possible packaging while still utilizing a 675 battery.

Audina Exhibits at Audiology NOW! 2015 San Antonio, Texas

Audina Hearing Instrument’s exhibited March 25-27, 2015 at the annual Audiology NOW! Convention in San Antonio, Texas. Audiology NOW! is the largest gathering of audiologist in the world, this year’s show was attended by more than 5,000 audiologists and students. Audina’s display highlighted the new Octane® Family of Super Power Behind-the- Ear devices. The Octane was featured in the New Product Showcase at the front of the convention hall and during Thursday and Fridays New Product Showcase CEU sessions Audina’s consultant Steve Armstrong, B. Eng., Electrical Engineer spoke on severe to profound loses using the Octane. Audiology Now! Will be in Phoenix Arizona next year April 13-16, 2016.
