How to buy custom molded products

To order a custom product you must obtain and send your ear impressions to Audina.

1. Obtain impressions in either of 2 ways
   • Visit a hearing instrument specialist or audiologist in your area to have impressions taken
   • Use a self-impression kit
2. Fill out custom order form for your desired product
   • ACS Custom Products
   • Audina Custom Hearing Aids
   • Other Audina Custom Products
3. Send impressions to Audina

Note: impressions must be taken to the second bend with no voids.
